Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Goal oriented and treatment plan based; with full lower body, upper body and/or a blend of both. Great for a corrective, restorative or relaxing stretch.

(90 min) STRETCH WITH ME
 

// 60 MIN FST SESSION

Localized and pinpoint focused stretch. Limited to the upper or lower body to achieve the most effective outcome. Great for maintenance or immediate recovery after activity.

Injury Rehabilitation &
Pain Management

Bodies speak for themselves. Where there is dysfunction, discomfort, or misalignment, it will be seen. At Form & Function, we work together to develop a plan of care suiting your needs and desires. Function is restored through stretch therapy and form is perfected through personal training. Combining both measures is a surefire approach to achieve a well-balanced body through healing and rehabilitation.
